H.E. Major General Ahmed Naser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, Head of the Emirates ID’s Executive Committee lauded the great support provided by the rational leadership to Emirates ID stressing that the wise directions of H.H. General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Emirates ID's Board of Directors represent the strong motive and real incentive for Emirates ID's Board of Directors and its senior leaderships as well as all employees therein towards exerting double sincere efforts and continuous unlimited giving for permanent advancement of the distinguished status of Emirates ID.

When attending a part of the regular meeting of Emirates ID's Higher Management Committee, Al Raisi added that the keen and continuous follow up of H.H. Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Deputy Chairman of Emirates ID, doubles the responsibility assigned to board members and encourages them to exert more efforts stressing, in the same time, on the Board's keenness to provide all forms of support that participate in enabling Emirates ID to perform its mission; achieve its goals; and finalize strategic projects it is executing in the post possible means.
Al Raisi called the Higher Management Committee to continue holding regular meetings and discuss all issues and topics that are of importance to various departments of Emirates ID in light of the responsibility emancipating from their loyalty the this dear homeland and its rational leadership. He referred to the importance of listening to each other with a feeling of openness considering supreme interest of Emirates ID above every other consideration. He referred also to the importance of regular and continuous revision for performance, keenness on monitoring the obstacles hindering work progress and development of the best possible solutions that contribute to the achievement of the desired success for all strategic projects of Emirates ID headed by the Population Register & Identity Card System.
H.E. Major General Ahmed Naser Al Raisi expressed his trust and confidence in the ability of Emirates ID's Higher Management Committee, directors, centers directors and all employees to achieve excellence in Emirates ID's performance and achieve its material goal represented in registering all citizens and residents in the Population Register & Identity Card System.
Furthermore, H.E. Major General Ahmed Naser Al Raisi accompanied by H.E. Dr. Saeed Al Ghafli, Board Member attended a part of the weekly regular meeting for centers directors which was held at the Operations Center at Emirates ID. He lauded their tangible efforts and important role in registering citizens and residents in the Population Register & Identity Card System.
Al Raisi called centers directors to double efforts, referring to the importance of motivating centers employees to provide qualitative and distinguished services for the public; the necessity of innovating new ways that participate in advancing customer service; in addition to the necessity of improving and developing the skills of communication with the public which deserve the most advanced and distinguished qualitative services.
