Yesterday, Wednesday, Emirates ID's Higher Management Committee (SMC) held its regular meeting chaired by H.E. Dr. Ali Mohammed Al Khouri, Vice Chairman of the Committee at the Operations Center at Emirates ID.
Yesterday, Wednesday, Emirates ID's Higher Management Committee (SMC) held its regular meeting chaired by H.E. Dr. Ali Mohammed Al Khouri, Vice Chairman of the Committee at the Operations Center at Emirates ID.
SMC members highly appreciated the continuous and keen follow up by H.H. Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Deputy Chairman of Emirates Identity Authority, stressing that his directions, regarding concentration on registering population in the Population Register & Identity Card System during the coming stage, doubles the responsibility assumed by them and encourages them to exert more efforts in order to achieve Emirates ID's goals and implement its vision and mission.
The meeting called for the necessity of setting appropriate mechanisms for motivating employees of centers to provide qualitative and distinctive service for the public and innovate the ways that participate in advancing customer service. It called also for the necessity of improving and developing the skills of communication wih the public and encouraging positive and distinctive ideas which would participate in raising registration rates.
During the meeting, the consultant company OC&C provided a presentation dealt with Emirates ID's new strategy 2010-2014 which has reached its final stages. The meeting has also reviewed the directions and feedback of the board of directors concerning the vision and mission of such strategy and how to implement the same.
Moreover, the meeting discussed a number of topics listed on the agenda and made the appropriate decisions and recommendations concerning the same.
