The Emirates Identity Authority (Emirates ID) discussed the outline plan for implementing the first stage of Registration Strategy related to improving registration procedures and reengineering the same during the meeting held at the Authority's Operation Center.
Mr. Hossam Al Masri, Business Development Advisor, gave a presentation on the mechanisms of implementing the first phase of registration strategy which includes the process of implementing the required technical systems and the plan for using enhanced procedures at registration centers.
The Business Development Advisor confirmed, during the presentation, the importance of training the employees in charge of registration and upgrading their level of performance during the next period, pointing out to the importance of connecting all implementation phases with the marketing strategy related to the new registration procedures which details and implementation mechanisms will be discussed with Public Relations & Marketing Department at the Authority.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency /Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Acting General Manager of the Authority, His Excellency Eng./ Nasser Mohammed Al Mazroui, Executive Director of Communications and Information Systems, Mr. Walaa Al Amin, Advisor of the General Strategy of the Authority as well as the advisory company which will supervise and implement the first phase of the plan presented during the meeting.
